  • No. Applicants without full-time work experience are welcome. Relevant internships, research roles, or project-based engagements are considered valuable.

  • Around 20 participants in the first edition, to ensure a personalised and collaborative learning environment.

  • 13 weeks: 10 weekly Saturday sessions plus 3 intensive weekends (Friday–Sunday).

  • INR 75,000 plus GST. It covers tuition, lunches and course materials but does not include accommodation, transport, or any other logistical expenses.

  • Attendance is mandatory. Absence without documented and pre-approved reasons will lead to removal from the programme.

  • Continuous assessment through assignments and participation. Successful completion requires meeting all academic and performance standards.

  • Eligible graduates participate in placements drive, where employers interview candidates for available policy roles.

  • No. Salaries are determined by the recruiting organisations and are typically for entry-level roles.

  • No. Due to the volume of applications, individual feedback cannot be provided.

  • Possibly. In exceptional cases, we may waive formal thresholds for applicants with strong public interest or professional achievements.

  • Yes — but participants must take full responsibility for being present on all programme days and completing all assignments on time.

  • You must submit at least 10 out of 11 assignments, including the winter submission (akin to a capstone project), to successfully graduate and be eligible for placement opportunities.

  • English.

  • We refund 75 percent of the fee ex GST for participants who cannot complete the programme, due to any reason, including non-adherence to the programme’s high-standards. Please refer to the prospectus for more details.

  • No, participants in the first year will not receive course credits. However, they are guaranteed personalised attention and a first-of-its-kind placement programme and programme structure.
