Eligibility & Application

Who Can Apply

We welcome applicants from diverse academic and professional backgrounds. There is no minimum work experience requirement.

To be eligible, applicants must have completed a minimum four years of collegiate education.

In exceptional cases, we may waive formal academic thresholds for candidates who demonstrate outstanding public interest experience or professional excellence.

Who can apply

For universities with atypical grading or score distributions, we will convert results using recognised international equivalency methods (e.g. WES) to ensure consistency across disciplines and countries.

How to Apply

1. Prepare your documents:

  • Curriculum Vitae (mandatory)

  • Statement of Purpose explaining your interest in public policy and fit for the programme (mandatory)

  • Any supporting documentation for academic results or exceptional experience

2. Submit your application:

  • Complete the mandatory Online Application Form

  • Candidates from economically weaker sections may indicate their interest in need-based financial support within their SOP

3. Selection process:

  • Initial screening for eligibility and alignment with programme goals

  • Virtual interview for shortlisted candidates

  • Final selection based on a holistic review of merit, skills, and motivation

Key Dates

Application deadline: 5th October 2025

Interviews: 06th-10th October

Final selection announcement: 13th October

Programme start: 31st October 2025

Fees & Payment

  • Programme Fee: INR 75,000 (plus GST) for the full three-month programme. Wire transfer details will be shared with selected participants. 

  • Candidates from economically weaker sections may indicate their interest in need-based financial support within their SoP

  • The jury will take a call during the selection process for up to a 50 percent fee reduction.
