Who Can Apply
We welcome applicants from diverse academic and professional backgrounds. There is no minimum work experience requirement.
To be eligible, applicants must have completed a minimum four years of collegiate education.
In exceptional cases, we may waive formal academic thresholds for candidates who demonstrate outstanding public interest experience or professional excellence.
For universities with atypical grading or score distributions, we will convert results using recognised international equivalency methods (e.g. WES) to ensure consistency across disciplines and countries.
How to Apply
1. Prepare your documents:

Statement of Purpose explaining your interest in public policy and fit for the programme (mandatory)

2. Submit your application:

Complete the mandatory Online Application Form

Candidates from economically weaker sections may indicate their interest in need-based financial support within their SOP
3. Selection process:

Initial screening for eligibility and alignment with programme goals

Virtual interview for shortlisted candidates

Final selection based on a holistic review of merit, skills, and motivation

Fees & Payment

Programme Fee: INR 75,000 (plus GST) for the full three-month programme. Wire transfer details will be shared with selected participants.

The jury will take a call during the selection process for up to a 50 percent fee reduction.
